CONSULTANT AGREEMENT
I accept the responsibility to be a Junior Achievement volunteer.  I understand I am committing to a minimum of one Junior Achievement program, consisting of 5 - 8 sessions in the classroom to be completed this semester or JA in a Day (all 5 sessions taught in one day).  If I am unable to complete my commitment I will notify the Junior Achievement office immediately and make arrangements to return all of the program materials.
